the watchdog sounds like a good idea, so i have just sent they an email, if all of us thats been ripped off send's an email then maybe they will look into it,even if it stop's them doing it again.

I have already filled out the form on the watchdog site detailing the issues that have been caused by MR Whittle & co. I agree that if all of us complain then it might get the required response. I would be very interested to hear if the miles is the same one.
Maybe we could all visit him at the same time.

Hope you folks were'nt taken for too much, this is very similar to a set up in Bury S t Edmunds who were marketing the Texatherm system with false promises of Nationwide contracts.

I was fortunate in only purchasing the system, unlike some, who were many thousands out of pocket.

They were taken to court two weeks ago.

Wasnt someone's friend a barrister who was checking the details to see if we have a case ?
