Yes it is I selling. Yes it does work, It saves alot of time, if you were to submit manulally to all the sites it would take you hours. Great if you want to re-submit your website every couple of weeks, also some of the submissions are to directories which help getting up bigger search engines.
It will only work if your website has good content, keywords, keyword relevency, tags etc. Use the site below to check that your site okay.

Must be some machine you've got kiddo, 20 x more powerful, than ..........what and even if it were, there is no way you can use this massive power to clean the average domestic carpet, or any other, for that matter.
You would only use between 200 and 400 psi, which is easily matched by modern portables and they're not that noisy either, nor do they require more than 5 - 10 minutes to set up, the time it takes for your initial prespray to take effect.
I f you want to sell your service, you will have to be much more original.
Incidentally, knocking the opposition, has always been a non starter and not good for image or credibility.
