End of Tenancy report for Landlord

Hello,
 
Does anyone have a detailed report and information on an end of tenancy clean, I have read about another cleaning company doing a 100 check points for the land lord and then issue of the report and receipt after the clean so the land lord can claim back the deposit.   Any help on this would be appreciated as I will be visiting a client who rents student accomodation out! also any samples of a report would be appreciated.
