Hi everybody, looking to aquire, contract cleaning work, or mainly Domestic/ Commercial window cleaning work in the above areas. I have little capital to expand and would like to see if anybody would be interested in a rent basis, if it was drawn up on a legal letter etc so the seller can see that I am genuine, I have beeen to the banks, but have found that nobody is lending or does anybody have any ideas where I can further seek finance for decent rounds?
