Just joined the forum, can anyone give me advise please, I started up a few months ago cleaning domestic properties. I am starting to get the hang of pricing regarding, deep cleans, basic etc. I have a few times underpriced but that will come with experience, I am sure. I now want to branch out into office and commercial. I have plenty of staff on standby. My problem being is experience of actually pricing jobs, also do I need to have any certificates etc to show.What exactly do the companies ask for when going for a contract ? I have public liability and also CRB checking in place. Can anyone give me some advise on what exactly entailed in the above. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
