hi there vioc,
is the 5 bedroom a new build?
or is it lived in, but needs a good clean from top to bottom?

for a spring clean i would of charged £205-£240

or base it on £18 per hour, which ever is more profitable.

Hi
I would treat this house as a 'moving in clean', and would charge around £12 per cleaner per hour, you might be looking at around 6 to 8 hours with 2 cleaners depends how bad it is.
My usual rate is around £250 for 5 bed properties and with 2 or 3 cleaners. Using all our own equipment and materials of course. :)

We have recently done a big two bedroom flat.  Like you say refurbished, unfurnished, but full of dust.

Big kitchen took 12 hours to clean, the rest of the flat (living room, two bedrooms, two big bathrooms and stairs) 11 hours.  We charged £15-00 per hour.

Every house/job is different,

Kind regards,
Arthur
