hi there

is a build clean to sparkle, or are you doing two visits, ie build clean then a sparkle clean, what is the timeframe for the job, will the building be finished before you start the cleaning, are you working over carpet?

that is the square footage

any high level windows

this will help to price it?

regards

martin

If it is 1 visit, based on the amount of rooms you mention, you should be able to do the clean in a day. Now the question is , what do you want to earn for a day? £100-£150_£200..£300?,
there is no hard fast rule, go with what you think will be acceptable, or what you think you can get away with, it's all about learning!
