Contract for Office and Window Cleaning Services Bromford is seeking
expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers
of Office Cleaning Services and Window Cleaning Services who can provide a
high quality service for our 5 main office sites. These offices are
situated in Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Solihull and Cirencester and the
contract will comprise of 4 separate lots: Lot 1 – Exchange Court and
Venture Court, Wolverhampton. Lot 2 – Cirencester Office Park,
Cirencester. Lot 3 – Friars Gate, Solihull. Lot 4 – Stowe Road, Lichfield.

Bromford is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and
experienced providers of Office Cleaning Services and Window Cleaning
Services who can provide a high quality service for our 5 main office
sites. These offices are situated in Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Solihull
and Cirencester and the contract will comprise of 4 separate lots: Lot 1 –
Exchange Court and Venture Court, Wolverhampton. Lot 2 – Cirencester
Office Park, Cirencester. Lot 3 – Friars Gate, Solihull. Lot 4 – Stowe
Road, Lichfield.
All of these offices are open plan and furnished to a very high standard
which must be maintained. The successful provider must be able provide
janitorial supplies at all Lot locations. Lots 1 and 4 will require the
provider to be able to clean windows on a 3rd storey and Lot 1 requires
the provider to be able to clean higher level atrium glass inside and out.
All Lots will require the successful provider to lock and secure the
buildings.
The contract is on a 3 + 2 year basis.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 507 500 GBP

Exchange court is 24000 sq. ft. over 3 floor high with full height
internal and external atrium glass windows that will require cleaning.
Venture Court is just over 15000 sq. ft. over 2 floor, also with full
height internal and external atrium glass windows that will require
cleaning. Both of these offices are stand alone and the Lot will include
cleaning of all spaces.
