Description of the contract:
Provision of Building Cleaning Services.
The awarding authority invites tenders for the provision of Cleaning Services on behalf of Powick Primary School. The contract is expected to start on 01 December 2013 and will run for a period of
three years with the possibility, following annual review of performance, the Council may extend the Contract for further periods of twelve months each up to a maximum of two times.
The service includes internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour

A visit has been arranged for all contractor to view the site on Monday 7 October 2013 Contractors must book in advance a place on this visit by contacting Angelique Dalton by phone 01684 564751 Ext

aad@dysonperrins.worcs.sch.uk. The tour will start at 11.00 and last no longer than 1 hour. Unfortunately other dates to visit the school are not available due to the busy timetable.
Contractors are asked to send just one representative on the tour to help keep the overall numbers of visitors down.
