The awarding authority invites tenders for the provision of Cleaning Services on behalf of the specified location.

The contract is expected to start on 01 January 2014 and will run for a period of three (3) years with the possibility, following annual review of performance, the Council may extend the Contract for
further periods of twelve (12) months each up to a maximum of two (2) times.
Contract Management shall be co-ordinated by the Head Teacher of Lickhill Primary School. For the purpose of this contract the 'Authorised Officer' shall be either the Head Teacher or their nominated
representative.
The scope of this provision is for Cleaning Services for Lickhill Primary School as listed in Schedule. The service includes:
Internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour
A visit has been arranged for all contractors to view the site on Monday 23 September 2013 Contractors must book in advance a place on this visit by contacting Jacqui Emerson by phone 01299 871803 or
email
finance@lickhill.worcs.sch.uk. The tour will start at 11.00 and last no longer than 1 hour. Unfortunately other dates to visit the school are not available due to the busy timetable. Contractors
are asked to send just one representative on the tour to help keep the overall numbers of visitors down.
