Description of the contract:
The Arena will be handed back to the awarding authority in April 2013 having
undergone a traditional Builder?s clean. In order for the awarding authority to
begin occupation the interior will have to undergo a `sparkle? clean to ensure
that it is fit for
purpose when it is open.
The handover is expected to be on 12th April 2013 and the work will require to
be done as soon as possible after that period.
