Building Cleaning at the specified location.
The awarding authority invites tenders for the provision of Cleaning Services
for the specified location. The contract is expected to start on 01 June 2013
and will run for a period of three years with the possibility, following annual
review of
performance, the Council may extend the Contract for further periods of twelve
months each up to a maximum of two times.

Other information:
The scope of this provision is for Cleaning Services for Lickey Hills Primary
School as listed in Schedule. The service includes:
Internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials,
equipment and labour
Tenders and the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire Document must be returned by the
due date of 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2013 and addressed to: Mr Rob Williams
(Caretaking, Cleaning and Grounds Officer) at the awarding authority.
The envelope shall be clearly identified as `Tender: Cleaning Contract Lickey
Hills Primary School in the top left hand corner.
All tenders must be completed in accordance with the guidance contained in the
Instructions for Tendering.
