Description of the contract:
The Awarding Authority are seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers to clean the below list
of office buildings.
The Council will be relocating to a new purpose built office building as of August 2012. As a consequence 3
existing buildings will be closed (not included in the above list).
The Council currently employ 11 cleaners the majority of which will be TUPE transferred to the successful
supplier.
