thats terrible  :D

get an old brush head, cut the bristles off and glue/velcro/cable tie/tape  a piece of scrubbing pad on

Or you could use this one notice scrub and rinse in one go.
This scrubs the frame as well as any.
Scrubbing side ways easier then up/down motion.
Work easy not hard.

I use a Gardiner's scraper plastic thingy with a scrub pad on.

Or the edge of the brush head.

The problem with these 2 is you would have to take the brush off to swap it over then back again....that's far too much fannying to clean windows .

You can use ether one by it self, without swapping around.

hot water and ubik2000 does it for me on 90 percent of first cleans unless its covered in paint ect then its ladder off with paint scraper , i think its hard to beat getting up there face to face and giving the glass a good scrape
