Looks very good Slacky, just thought the Font size could be a bit bigger where you describe methods of clearing gutters.

Thanks, I’ve upped it from 13px to 14, wasn’t sure if it was a tad small myself.

Nice clean look.  I think your image is very powerful.  Also, the site is mobile friendly and that is huge in that almost 60% of all searches are done on mobile devices.

I would suggest making your phone number larger and more prominent.  It is also a good idea to have a clickable link for mobile phones so they can just click and it will call your phone instantly.

I like to also give them a contact form with some kind of incentive (bonus, coupon, discount...) to fill out the form and contact me.  I do it kind of like a survey so they fill out a few "non-threatening" items first just to get them committed and started.  I feel like if I can just get them to start it will increase the chances of them actually following through and completing the form.

You can see my contact form and mobile phone clickable links on my website St. Charles Carpet Cleaning,  if you would like to see an example.

That vid was done with one of the sky vac cams.

Don't like the menu icons top left and at the bottom. Haven't checked on mobile but on the pc they are annoying.

I know, they are pretty crappy. Nothing I can do about them I don’t think, they’re part of the theme. I like the theme apart from those icons, its fairly light weight so quite fast to load.

A fine looking website sir! That should convert plenty of website visits into phone calls, and that's all that counts at the end of the day. Looks clean and professional.  :)

I think it's really smart and professional. I read a fair bit and saw no grammatical or errors or typos. Well done Matt. Hope it works.

Not bad at all. It does need a little read (depending on how correct you want it), e.g. 'Making just about any buildings gutters accessible where scaffolding might otherwise be required.' would be better with a semi colon before 'Making', rather than a new sentence. (i'm not even sure that is a sentence). Also 'buildings gutters' is buildings' gutters, stick an apostrophe in after the 's'.

I would prefer to see a colour pic on the front and something that is more obviously gutter cleaning; maybe close in a bit on the pic. It took me about 2 secs to work out what that pic was about and for me that's too long.

Quite a bit of repetition on the site, that could possibly be condensed. Less is more.

I would sell sizzle rather than the sausage, e.g. rather than your heading 'IPAF' (which is ok) I would have 'We can clean, clear and survey almost any building up to 70 feet'.

Not much on there for high-end residential, e.g. do you cover the whole of London? Can you clean my gutters within a week? Do I have to be in when you clean? The access to the rear of my property is not good, is this a problem?

Also not much about yourself, quality of staff, quality of service a nice bit of smelly bullcrap.

Hope that's helpful.

Shouldn't it be a possessive apostrophe, so "building's gutters"?? May well be wrong, but it's how I read it....

It's plural though. But I must admit I get a little confused around this area.

Looks good and professional, easy to use , not overly complicated, everyone will have there own idear of how they would have it , but from a potential customers point of view it looks professional and you know what you are doing . Only thing I didn't like was the section about staff complaints I felt it could give the impression you are expecting a complaint. Ime sure you will get a lot of work from it .

I like it. The only thing I would change is the blog roll.  I wouldn't have any of those links under blog roll. I've not looked at it on a mobile. Is it optimised for mobile? If so, I would make the telephone number clickable.

Your payment page refers to window cleaning, is that intentional?
