I was just looking into these too.  so keen to get some feedback also.

Only thing that worries me after watching the video on their website where the system is stripped back it looks rather top heavy to me.  The bulk of the water storage is at the top from what I can see.  I would prefer water to be stored as low as possible in the van to help with weight shifting.   Am I wrong ?

You probably wouldn't notice it, they do look neat and tidy, but it's better to do it yourself than pay over the odds for a system, it cost me £700 to do mine, and it was pretty easy really, check out the video from lonk below. It costs a fraction of the price of a bought system, and you can choose how to lay it out etc...

Yes, looks nice and tidy, just a shame the bulk of the tank is at the top rather than being designed with it at the bottom.

Wibble,

The bulk of the tank is definitely not in the top of the system. It has been designed to maximise the space of a  real world working van while providing complete protection from the knocks and bangs of day to day use. We saw the flaws in the majority of systems with all the components exposed and decide to do something better. Most systems take up a large area of a van floor making it extremely inefficient space wise. We saw the need for something to maximise their biggest investment and utilise it as a workhorse.

Stephen,

Facelift don't do enough videos and examples of there products, when compared to other companies, it's always hard to find and see what your products do, how they work, what they look like etc.

Could you not start improving this area of your marketing? I am
A fan of the facelift poles as stated in other posts, but it's always a bit of a task getting any info on your products. Eg the new neon pole - show us some demos? Talk about features. Same thing with the system mentioned above, you've shown us photos, so what about videos etx? I think it would really help the company...

The website is really un-informative!

Jakey,

We have a lot of videos, etc planned for next year but even better than that, we  do a number of real world demos every week! Any one interested can get in touch and see for themselves, first hand.

All prices are available on WCW site. The Facelift site is basically a global shop window which gains a lot of interest overseas so the price is dependant on a number of factors.

Thanks Stephen,

Could you also pop some pics up of the system with the cover off to show us the tank format please.  The one on the video on the website looks as thought the tank is large at the top.  Thanks for your help.

Foxy, did you do any data on how this system would perform in a crash.... one comment that I hear a lot especially in Dorset early this year, not just here but how top heavy the system appears. Does this affect the integrity? Im guessing it does not and looks can be deceiving.

Yes, I would be keen to know if it's been crash tested.

On, lets say the mid range tank - 500ltr, at full capacity what is the ratio of water stored at the top of the tank (above the components), the ratio running behind the components and the base.
