I was always told that hot water freezes faster because it's got more oxygen init. So when I was trad I always used cold water and unger gloves.

Got mine off this guy,works well. This will be the 1st winter's use with it though.

I had one of those, mine died after 9 months when the whole ignition pack melted inside! The fogwash starts up at a lower flow rate & seems a little more robustly built. The model number of the Fogwash is HD6MAE - - google it & you may be able to find it elsewhere.
