£1.25 a sq m sounds too cheap to me for block paving.

personally i quote £3.50per m for block paving as you have to take in to consideration going back on seperate day to re-sand, over 800sqm i drop price to £3.00, if i dont get the job then fine as its better than undercutting yourself!

this is not my line of work and no do I intend to get in to it ....... at least for a fair few years !!
Have you ever thought of closing the deal there and then as you are giving over the written quote, do you normally spend time talking with potential clients ?
find out there needs ?
getting to know them and like wise ?
talking about there biz , i.e showing an interest ?
letting them know you history and the other service's you offer / ( If applicable )

these are just some of the steps I take if I really want the client

                          www.carpetcleaninguttoxeter.co.uk
NCCA !? but why have non of my clients herd of them ??
