Hello guys.
what's your opinions on the thermatech.
Looks nice and comes with a nice price but Is this machine an over kill for gum removal. I have other jobs I could use it for but gum being the primary target to start with
I have a customer for whom I have cleaned there car parks but lots of chewing gum on site and they looking for it to be cleaned then on going regular maintenance.
Thanks in advance guys

Brilliant bit of kit but It's too specialised. A hot box and pressure washer would be more versatile.

Happy new year....it's going to be marbleus.

As Chris mentioned , a decent hotbox and pw will do the trick
Also with the correct equipment on the job make sure you price accordingly .
It is time consuming and tedious

Thanks Chris & Ed
It's not just for gum removal guys, thats just the first job I thought of that's they want doing, but there's gum on Tarmac, block paving & resin bonded flooring
The customer has various jobs they want done and am not sure if just converting my machine with a hot box would be sufficient. Spoke with restorative products and they happy to do a site visit so customer can then ask them the questions.
I watched a few you tube videos but, Any further options on the machine would be appreciated
Is there anything this machine shouldn't be used on, ?
thanks guys

Matt , the flow rate and pressure on both these machines Thermatech / Doff is too low to be cleaning tarmac and block paving
Yes it will remove the gum but for general cleaning heat is not everything

Thanks Ed
Ye I agree there, heat isn't everything. I have 2 cold pressure washers and it may be a case of buying a hot box instead, will speak with them prior to on site visit
I do a lot of window cleaning for these and over last few years they wanting more services from me, they asked me wot the best machine is and they will buy it for me to use on site.
I don't want to say buy a hot box and then not be able to carry out some of the work.
Can't post pics on here but if it's OK to give u a call on mobile, I could explain it more.....
Thanks
