Do you have a exit plan in place for window cleaning

As the title says, do you have a exit plan in place for when you come to the end of your cleaning career, or do you carry on till the end.

Window cleaning was my exit plan.

whats your exit plan now? or is it still window cleaning until you reach retirement age and if so do you sell the round or pass onto the kids/grandkids?

I'm hoping I'll have enough money to buy my council flat by then.

Now that is funny!
Retirement...
What makes you think you're (or me  for that matter) going to make it to retirement?

Every time I switch on the news the goverment sends it further away from my grasp! ::) :'(

Park the van up by the sea,

Throw the keys into the sea,

And then run as fast as I can in the opposite direction. Forest gump style.

State pension. Lol.

I have actually been planting the seeds of our exit plan recently and thus far grandson no.1 is on board.  He has already come up with a name for our company; Andy and Grandson Clean Windows.  Needs a little work but he is thinking along the right lines.

13 years old, 2 weeks in and he has mastered canvassing, trad (ground floor only of course), pole work, a bit of h&s, prepping for a days work, understands a bit of cash flow vs actual net profit.  I am chuffed to bits.

Need to teach him to make tea and toast on a Sunday morning next, I'm starving and parched.
