Just picked my battery charger up.

REDUCED FROM £24.99 TO £15.99.

It has auto cut off, Choice between normal charge and trickle charge.

Led indicators of level of charge, 10%, 50%, 75%, FULL.

11 AMPS RMS - Fast charge. 3 AMPS RMS - Trickle charge.

It says on the box suitable for all 12v Normal, Sealed, Leisure or Gel Batteries.

I have a 85 amp Leisure Battery, The instructions state:- THE LARGEST CAPACITY LEAD ACID BATTERY THAT SHOULD BE CHARGED IS 70AH.

Does this mean its not suitable?

Nel.

if it has an iteligent micro processer then it does not like it when batteries are very low, as it mis reads that the cells have colapsed and will not charge the battery.

Hook it up and switch it on my friend.
Don't leave it all night, just keep an eye on it if you're worried.
If you connect it up 2 or 3 times a week it should always stay topped up.

Neil, didn't you get a charger with your set-up from Facelift?
