a mate of mine has been approached by a major cleaning company to work on a sub contract basis for them because they have layed off many of their w/c's due to the new WAH reg's.he uses wfp by the way. On the other hand i saw a national cleaning company cleaning our local hospital 3rd &4th floors using ladders.
Are the local councils familiar with the new reg's. surley they are breaking the law allowing work to be carried out on ladders at that height.
I work for the local council and do lots of high windows, used to use ladders now wfp. but the council don't know i've changed over and have never raised the issue.
whats going on ?
