Hi
I will be changing to a WFP trolley system and was wondering if anybody as a explanation letter i could use to pass on to my customers.
I thought if they could read what the system does before i use it.

Dave have you looked in the documents section there is one in there posted by david st ives, I altered that one slightly to suit my own needs, even had a posh customer ask If I wrote it myself as it was well writen,  top marks to David and I'll keep my reply to myself

david68 - I cannot stress enough how important it is to give them an explanation letter first - it really makes a difference as to how they initially tolerate wfp before coming to love it.
