Canopies are nothing 3 /3 m sq . You will need access...how would you clean it otherwise?

Too much like hard work...let somebody else do it. I;ll take a little wage and clean grannies patio.

I'll send a price over in the morning. Have we got any restrictions on when the works can be carried out, out of hours, weekends or can it be done through the week (daytime)?

 I am reading a really good Dean R Koontz book at the moment and it is coming up to my bed time. I like to get ten pages in before I nod off. Not sleeping well at the moment and I was awake early this morning so I don't want to commit to a price and find I have put a full stop in the wrong place. You may feel I have put a full stop in the wrong place anyway!!!

You thought my life was all rock n roll, didn't you?
