Someone I know wants a cheaper one, I think Darren uses a different one?
Any links please?
Thanks Roy

I use this with a timer switch, it gives me 80psi boosted from 38psi.

Roy, on a side note, I have the Clarke CBM240e like you. It works a treat with the built in control unit.
Only problem I had was that when I added it to my static system, I left the solenoid before the pump. It wasn't until I had a few random internal leaks that I phoned Clarke technical who explained that my solenoid should go after the booster pump to maintain the pressure in the pump. This in turn would stop the suction causing the internal leak on one of the seals. I was also letting mine go into silent alarm mode to stop it running dry by the leaving the solenoid before the pump. I assumed this was correct until Clarke technical told me different. It would also often turn itself back on in the middle of the night briefly because of the pressure drop in the system as the water drained. All down to my bad install.
Since following Clarke's advice & putting my solenoid after the booster pump, it now cuts off the pump properly without going into alarm mode or leaking occasionally.
I also had to have the booster pump before my pre-filters as when it was afterwards it was sucking so fast that the pressure gauges on the pre-filters were reading zero.
Just thought I'd post that info in case anyone else has had similar. Basically due to my bad install & lack of knowledge.
