normally i just do a steady 5 or 6 hours a day (4 or 5 days a week) but with the weather forecast to be wet and windy tomorrow i thought id see how far i could push it today! ;D
i couldnt do it every day though!im knackered now.........a 4 day weekend beckons......... 8)

....help me out here daz... your usual day is 5-6 hours. So you had 10-12 hours worked due today and tomorrow, you managed to get it all done in 7.5 hours ???

So today and tomorrow were 4 hour days? Less than £200 earned on average per day over the two days?
4 day weekend, Monday off?
Are you part time?
Nothing to boast about.

I thought you worked in wind and rain. That's why you've got 4 goretex jackets and heated seats🤣

I too have been surprised when I have pushed myself hard in a day.
I now try to do it at least once a week .... takes the pressure off a little on the other days.
I also work 25 to 30 hours a week .....
I guarentee you will start pushing yourself more often .... it feels better when you have a day off due to bad weather

You could always ask if she’s willing to go half’s on your resin too mate, it is a monthly ‘bill’ after all.

Council tax alone will be around £200 (without the single income supplement). 😂
Wish I could find a way to reduce my monthly household bills to only £300.

sorry i wasnt very clear mate....£150 is half of the £300 a month it costs for gas, electric, water,tv licence and council tax.....she pays for the home/contents insurance when she pays the mortgage...this obviously doesnt include food!

Fair enough , that sounds more like it to be honest 👍
-
she also pays for the landline/broadband and tv package which i think is £40 a month.......i spend around £100 on my weekly food shop which is astronomical for one person.....she doesnt eat much so i will probably only spend another £40 on top of that to keep her alive! ;D

At those prices I think I'm gonna move up north!.. on second thoughts...

There's going to be alot of very disappointed newbies around who read your posts, with you posting pie in sky earnings. I bet Alex, pure freedom and all the other suppliers must love you though, gardiners latest update now saying due to "exceptional demand" waiting time for orders is 4 days, Alex must be typing his latest extension to that as we speak if he's read this. Had a colleague ring me this week who was gobsmacked at seeing 6 window cleaners on an estate he was on, none of whom he'd seen before and he's been goi ng for 15 yrs or more. Pleased your doing well daz but the rest of the world doesn't need to know, its totally unrepresentative of our industry.

i think people are wising up and realising gardiner poles are the best poles out there and more and more trad window cleaners are switching every day to wfp...also you get youtubers who will show you just how to start your own window cleaning business and invariably mention gardiners/pure freedom! ;D

Agree with all of that but I’m afraid it’s closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
Blame the FB groups, not Dazmond.
