Nathan, you claim that you've had it, are now immune and can go round your mother-in-laws and her to you.
You can't. You're putting others at risk. If this is your way of beating the lockdown, you are being stupid.
Do what you should be doing because you're not clever enough to get round the lockdown.
He also said on the 18th March he nor his family had it........6 days later he said he was nearing the end of 14 days self isolation as family members had shown symptoms. He is one confused individual!

If you’ve had it I didn’t think you could transmit the virus 🦠

That’s the theory of herd immunity
If enough people have had the virus and recovered the virus dies

As it becomes to difficult for the virus to find uninfected  hosts

But you maybe meaning that obviously we do not have enough
Testing kits

So really no one in the U.K, truly knows exact figures of infection

Yes it’s obvious to some

But milder cases can go unnoticed

Not claiming that im going around to mother in laws or hers mine.
I tell what info i need to tell at any given time, nothing more nothing less.  Yet complete strangers on this forum think they know more than me about my own family and situation, because of tit bit information i share on here.  Even then, you cant get it right and twist it.
According to the science, if you have fought of the virus then you can not catch it again.  (Not talking if it mutates).  However you harp on about being tested when you know full well they don't test everyone!  You come across that if a person says they have had it and came out the other side then it can't possibly be true because they didn't nearly die and have a stint in hospital........
Ooohh nath didnt put his hand up and tell us his family had it b4 so he cant possibly be right.......
Yes but theres this clue and that clue l........lets see, what was the point of me saying my situation??

The rest of you are all 2nd guessing do we work do we not, can we do this or can we not, based on this and based on that we can assume this n that. (To be clear,  im talking about this virus and the situation we all find ourselves in)
You have guess work and from my experience  by the time you get to the destination you had in mind, you are no longer on the same path nor the same destination.
Look how many tunes have changed since this thing broke out, many are singing a different song now.  What tune are you going to play in a other weeks time

My best advice is to be absolutely selfish! Make sure (if your working or not) you dont catch it!  If you do everything in your power to make sure you do not get contaminated then that gives you very little chance of passing in on to anyone else you love or dont know.  Beyond that, its out of your control

Doug from Daqua, our main supplier, said that he's got it in a Facebook post last week although I can't find it now, he's probably deleted it.

He seemed genuinely concerned for his life.

Nathan , I think you may have  Histrionic personality disorder  (HPD), it’s a disorder that makes a person  always want sympathy from people. The truth is in your back posts constantly posting about illness’s. I’m not saying your family isn’t ill but do you really need to post it all over the internet? Telling everyone about problematic pregnancies etc ?  It’s not very professional, and some things are better kept between you and your wife.

You can’t have been in self isolation for 14 days because you were posting about working the day before you said it (look at the dates) and this clearly shows you are telling fibs....

Lol
Ive already done a post on my facebook page, mostly because im kinda doing half days or less now that kids are off school, mother in law self isolating due to being quite ill and obviously wife isnt always able to have the kids.
The response as been great, customers texting me saying not to worry and come when I can. Many are saying not to worry as they wont go anywhere else etc etc.   Therefore I dont need to post anything else and I also know that I will loose very little work over this and so Im not worried at all.

My only concern is waiting for my mother in law to pick up and so I can get full days at work and currently phoning suppliers for hypo so i can  get the big paying jobs done in order to fetch large chunks of money in. 👍👍

If I am to believe the advice from 111 telephone NHS, then my wive, kids n inlaw have all had this virus and thankfully they seem to be over the worse of it now. Also pleased nearing the end of 14 days and I seem to be 100 un affected.

My question.  If ones have supposedly had the virus and come through the other end OK.  Can we still run the chance of passing it on if we come into contact again with it or would our immune system start to attack it straight away. Would we still need to follow the protocol for social distancing etc etc or could we simply be carriers of it and still need to be concerned

I am guessing that they must have shown symptoms for you to feel the need to phone the 111 NHS advice line?  If so why haven’t you been self isolating?

Who said I havent been self isolating?   Ive been talking/posting on here quite abit about all the ones in family who are poorly and about the work i havent done since last month and how im hoping bigger jobs at the end of march/early april dont cancel so I can get some money in 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Hence my questions about afterwards, is my family save if they have already had it as they showed all the symptoms. Dont go on about the test because you know they dont test you unless you are high risk or your symptoms worsen.

So when i do go back to work, i will be doing my normal hygiene which is keeping hands clean etc etc anyway but do i still need to be on high alert or can i totally relax knowing that my family is ok. Again obviously aware of possibility of just being a carrier, hence my question

If you’ve been working whilst ill and supposedly self isolating then you played a very dangerous game with peoples lives

Just a thought, what about the usual flu that goes around in the winter? Has that run away scared because of coronavirus? Ones could be catching normal flu and bad colds. If ones aren’t tested then nobody knows for sure what ones had.

My wife was tested last Thursday still waiting for results this was after 1 week in isolation .
Phoned our Dr's because she was still coughing Dr said she probably had it and to isolate for another week and she had to provide a sputum sample for testing still waiting for results.
Going stir crazy constantly sanitising we have 2 children  and I also have BP and Asthma which is usually triggered by any viral infection.
Only 3 years ago on Xmas day night I had Flu and thought I would die because I was unable to breath started to improve on the 4 day after overdosing on Subutimol.

I’m wondering if Germany are more efficient on the testing front 🤔

Back to Nate, he can't keep with his own information that he shares with us.
I think I know the score with him but I'll keep it to myself. For now. Someone else sussed him out, early doors.
And what he's doing, or what I think he's doing, is another sign that many people still don't understand what's going on.
What's worse is that Nate seems to be making up his own guidelines which is irresponsible.

In a nutshell.
Kids took ill fri 13th, which initially we took as just a normal cold.  So I continued to work.
My wife then became ill on the 18th and we realised that it wasnt just a cold and i stopped working from the 18th.(afternoon)
Self isolating is from when the first person took ill, so from the 13th till 27th.
So yes, i was working for a couple of days at the beginning as legit thought the kids just had a normal cold which kids get.  However, the 2 m rule was still being used and as usual, i didnt see any customers outside whilst working those days.

So i post I had a text on 22nd march to cancel  haha and what, that shows im working still?   Thats  funny 😂  so i only get texts to cancel when Im physically outside working.  People are not allowed to randomly text me when their situation suddenly changes and let me know to cancel 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

So, I also post a genuine question about when ones come through the other side, what is their situation.  All we hear about on the news is how many have died and about isolation which is perfectly fine.  However hundreds, even thousands have had it and not died.    On a earlier report about the Corona virus it was stated that a person can not catch it again once they have had it.   So yes, a genuine question of whether they can still be a carrier or not?  Yes we all have to abide bybthe self isolation to ensure that contact spreading does not continue. Yet on this basis where two people or more (ie in a family) have survived, they should now be immune unless the virus mutates and as yet we have not been told it has. So technically no harm is dome with these meeting up.  Yet because a question is posed, you take it as prove that we are doing that hahaha.
I would explain my question further but lol I might be accused of seeking more sympathy.......oh darn it,  is that me seeking sympathy by saying im accused of seeking sympathy 😂😂😂  of im sooo confused by all the master minds / sherlock holmes on here.

One can think that people just dont like ones way of thinking one does 👍😂😂😂😂

Surely your self isolation period starts from when you start self isolating and not when your kids got ill. Especially when your wife, I presume she lives with you, got ill on the 18th.
And the 2 metre rule only kicked in from the 23rd and Nate finished on the 18th.
