SOLD: small round for sale ashton -u-lyne guide bridge.£300 New

Small round for sale very compact small semis and sum just fronts and bungalows.
In total about 30 houses takes about £95 evry fortnight private est done trad takes me 3 hours on mi own todo houses are due a rise
18 full houses
8fronts only
4 bungalows
I want £300 for the work many thanks tony..... there is plenty more scope as i hav never seen another windy on est ...

when you say full houses , what size are they , as £95 / 30 jobs is only just over £3 a job?

Hi the houses are priced at £3.20 and if its just fronts they are £2 the bungilows are £2.50 but there is 1 at 5.50 also there is 1semidetached at £8 its very easy work all on private est so just park up an walk round they r leds on the fronts and plain glass on backs i dont do anythin fancy quick rub on fronts and quick blade on backs takes me 3 hours todo all good payers thanks ....

If its full house there a 6 windows in total
If its just fronts 3 windows
Bungalows 5windows.
