I'm currently considering offers on work valued at £1000 PCM.
The work is compact and has been work on a regular basis for the last three years. Customers are good payers, bad payers have been dumped. All Customers are conditioned for cleans in all weathers with most paying on the day in cash.
I was offered £6,000 last year but I believe this was undervalued. I'm not looking for a quick sale so I know I can attract serious buyers.
The work is currently cleaned using traditional methods but would be suitable for conversion to WFP.
