chewing gum removal system
« on: June 23, 2006, 10:36:46 am »
I have a trailer mounted gum removal system for sale. it comes with a 9 kva generator 1 and 3 phase , a dual wand high temp steam generator which can remove gum from almost any surface including carpets. It also has smaller attachments for oven cleaning, stone work ect. It has extra long reach cable and is ready for work.
Basically in one action you melt the gum press a button to release this solution (which is cheap and enviro friendly) then hit with steam again and the gum evaporates . No mess no hassle and between 3 to 5 seconds per piece. My last job with it, just me working pulled in £325 for 3 hrs work on site.
New EU laws classifying gum as rubbish now means that councils , schools  shopping centres  must remove it by law.
Great add on business
All equipment used but  in good condition.

£3750

Selling  because I want to watch my children grow up and I to busy.

You can buy something simular brand new from Prochem for £295. Its probably not as powerful but does the same job and its completely portable.

Andy, the machine you desribe although may work can't even be put in the same sentence as the trailor mount machine. If you saw them side by side even before switching them on you would see which one is the supperior machine. Best, Dave.

I would still go for the £295 product. Obviously not as powerful or impressive but at the end of the day does the same job albeit slower.

Cheers  Des

Was thinking of buying one just for the odd removal. I will take your advise and test it out first. Thank you.
