Osprey robby

Have a little osprey robby wont make steam. filled up. switch heater on. beeps tap sighn ?????

I would ring Osprey - the woman in the office is kin useless but the people in the workshop are really helpful. It sounds like the top up tank switch or the boiler water switch / sensor. They may say it needs a descale but ask them. I have sent stuff back to them and had a tech out and the prices were quite reasonable.
