A razor blade should remove it.

I would recommend and have used with perfect results a professional window cleaners scraper available from any Unger distributor go for the four inch wide very sharp blades just wipe the ceramic tile with a damp cloth and the dried on grease spots will just peel straight off, if your ceramic tiles have a rough surface where you cant use a sharp scraper just use a damp microcleaning hand pad with your preferred degreaser.
Prespray your tiles with the degreaser and let dwell on surface for two minutes, then use a damp microcleaning pad (magic eraser pad) to wipe away the dried on grease.

Regards

My razor is a retractable safety razor blade thing from the janitorial supply. I can carry it in my apron pocket and I use it for all sorts of things.
