Since de regulation, after been promised no change, our water account has doubled. Anyone got good water rates for business customers, or prices please

are they charging you return to sewer ??

we were advised to use a biz rate - only recently to find it was the wrong advice as our water is used off site - currently been overcharged in the region of £4K over the last 2 years
