Hi I'm selling a small round split over two sites in Bristol, necessary due to personal circumstances. It is a very reluctant sale.
There is £210 in St Andrews and £128 in Bedminster a total of 15 houses mostly fronts. They are cleaned using WFP every 8 weeks. I would be asking £1500 for these as they are established and great payers most paying by BACS. Some of these have the backs done when asked for which are add ons. Also I haven't had time to push extras like gutter cleaning or canvass the area so loads of potential.
The work takes about 2 days. There is 5 full houses. The rest are fronts only but like I said some have the back done sometimes. The fronts are 2 bays top and bottom and 1 window plus glass above the door.
