What's the best coarse of action,had a client who's wife was ill they went on holiday when thay were due back the cleaner turned up to do the job they were not back so i rang to find out what happend was told they will be intouch as the wife as got worse that was a month ago. so should i just accept that's a lost client or write to them stating as not heard from them I take that they no longer need our services and thank them for using us.
