Title: Wood floor cleaning help

Hi,

I tried to clean a stain using a sponge and a little bit of water, and it left the below mark. I did not use a lot of water, but I scrubbed the floor quite hard. It's been 3 days and still looks like this, and I'm now scared that it won't dry. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this stain? Any help you have would be enormously appreciated, Thank you so much in advance!

Hi dustee,

Thanks very much for the reply. It is my own floor, but I'm not sure what the stain was sorry. Most likely it was either water, egg, or olive oil, but I can't be sure.

I just saw it one morning, and it was difficult to remove (although it looked much better then than it does now, the stains were very small)
