As the title say stared to refit my van to make more room for my gutter vac system

as you can see it needed doing been like it for four years .
worked well though , but the floor was starting to show signs of wear
put in a new floor had to paint both sides with proteca kote.
And then started to build in the frame for the new tank

And then the hevens opened

It rained all day on and off had to set up a tarp over the van and garage , still by the end of the day the tank was in .

Then came the boxing off and painting of the rest before fitting the hose reels and battery / and di / and pump  still might need to make a few small ajustments before i fit the genorator and vac stuff but pleased with it so far

Hi Doc

I was debating about  putting some lagging around the tank , but decided that if its that cold then the hose pipes will freeze and in the end didn't, i have managed the last four years

where did you get the hose reels from

Bought the hose reels over four years ago they are made by sealy can't remeber how much but should last a life time

just now need to find a way of fitting some sort of exhaust to the genny so as the fumes are vented out of the van any ideas ???

The hose reels look quite similar to the 460 Hose reel sold by Gardiners

Those Generators are friggin heavy, really heavy. I suppose if there are two of you you might get it out. What holds the tank down?

not getting the genny out mate leaving it in the van bolted in !

the tank has four steel strap across it through the van floor unlike the ibc i used to have it just ratchet straped in

What is the blue "stuff" that tidies the van up so much and is so clean. Is it expesive? Do you buy it in sheets? Where from?

Sorry for all questions. ;D
