I'm just seeing if any one would be interested atm as it's quite possible I am selling up I have 6k worth of work mainly in Nottingham and Loughborough but do have some in Derby the work is every 4 weeks but have some 8 weekly most of the work is done by wfp but some trad im looking for 30k but will  split  if I have to this round has been going since 2010 so well established

Where in nottingham is the work? If your splitting the areas.
