It states that it dries to a matte finish! To be honest I have not tried to polish it but I wouldn't think it matters. The filler was designed to fill travertine and limestone quickly. Travertine invariably always has some dull patches when you polish it and if it were very important to achieve a shine I would fill it with wax or Klindex Stukko Tixo instead.
