I'm using the TMF protector from Cleanspec cumbria at the moment it has a very good dilution ratio. There is also Chemspec Stainsheild, Restoremate normally have that in stock.  Another one to consider is Stainshield XP from Hilite services.

Better Protect is ready to use but it's incredibly effective. You can buy it through wholesaler System Hygiene: https://www.systemhygiene.co.uk/catalogsearch/advanced/result/?name=+&brand=&brand=+&brand=1099

8 suites from 5lts mean it only takes 625ml to protect a full 3pc suite, that’s seams a very little amount  although if it’s correct it’s cheap to use at £9 to protect a suite
