streaks on stainless steel

recently cleaned a very greasy cafe.been called back due to streaks in the stainless steel.there was an unusual amount of degreaser used due to the condition of the cafe.i tried a stainless steel cleaner on the surface after i was called back.it did not work.the surfaces are completely grease free and shiny.please can you help as the invoice will not be paid >:(

This may sound odd as your intention has been to remove the grease but when chefs clean their kitchens they often rub a very thin layer of oil into the stainless steel to give it a shine.

Can't think of anything else at mo - may be worth a try :-/

Windowlene and paper towels.

Use it everytime on stainless steel, always works
