Anyone used the payload checker on the grippatank website? Wanting to know if its accurate.

Nope. But don’t forget, roof rack, ply lining, fuel and driver!
And spare wheel!

Every vehicle I've checked on there has been right. Why?

Been told 3 different payloads for a van I,m looking at dealer says its 1145kg, grippatank's payload checker says its 1004kg, another dealers saying its only 870kg. Informed the dealer that the payload is an important factor, all 3 checked against the reg no.

Work it out yourself!
(GVW - Curb weight/unladen weight)

Don't have the van only the reg no.

I would probably believe grippa first.
I would turn call the manufacturers tech line and find out.

Try using compare the market van insurance start a quote enter reg number and that’s give you Your payload.
Compare this to the other three sources you have already used.
