Forms and things help

Can anyone point me in the right direction for any standard forms that I can download, i.e. in particular job application forms, I have ordered a load of stuff, but its taking too long and I will also be joining the various societies, however just need something in the short term.

Any Help would be great.

I have a job application form I can email you if you want.. what else do u need just email me  and I will download them of the ...... site and email them to you.
