Title: Giving up floor polishing
Post by: Robin Ray on April 17, 2017, 06:22:19 pm
Im thinking of giving up doing stone floor polishing as I don't really enjoy doing it. Every time a job comes up I cant stand it. Perhaps its one of those things where you do just enough to hate it but not enough to really feel comfortable.

Anyway as a result Im thinking of getting rid of some polishing pads. I have some Klindex supershine soft pads 1,2 and 3. A klindex Elica pad 3 (which is the equivalent of a supershine soft 4) These pads have only been used very lightly once and the no 1 pad wasn't even used. They are practically new.
Ialso have a set of hand diamond pads totaly unused. There are 60,120, 240, 400 and 800 grits
I also have a set of tilemaster Diamond pads which have also done one job. There is a 400, 800, 1500 and a 3000 grits

If anyone is interested in this please let me know and make me an offer there is about £400 + vat worth of kit there new.

Cheers Kev,

I'm not giving up everything, I still have the carpets, upholstery and will do other hard floor and stone cleaning, I just cant get on with polishing. The polishing jobs never turn out bad, mind. Thanks for the advice the other day though.
