is it the actual glue/vinyl depositing thats showing

or is it the protected (better looking by being covered over) paint work?  for example paint fade from sun exposure?

If the latter you wont be able to get it off, unless you t-cut the entire van back a cleaner layer.

i think the logo was put on the van from new, so it looks nice and shiny where the lettering has been and the paint work round it looks faded i guess.,

i think i will suggest a reduction in price to allow for the time to t cut....what fun..........i hate the stuff..........but van to good to miss out on..

You can use t-cut or a cutting compound which really takes takes a very small layer of paint off, if its a large van it might be worth buying a buffing machine from argos, the other alternative is to ask them to sort and they will probably send it to there local body repair specialist which will do the above for a few hundred quid.

have had a few vans like this,  either spend ages t cutting it and hoping it comes, out,  or put you logo over the top

if it is because the paint work has faded because of the sun and that, it will prob be a waste of time,   i find t cut good if it like traffic film and not years of sunshine,  but each van is different,  give t cut a go, with a buffer machine,

FARECLA  rubbing compound is good, its what bodyshops use .  G7 is the grade for mild use ,with a hand mop or buffer  and its a lot quicker than t-cut

another method if the panels faded bad is to cut back the paint with 1000grit wet n dry paper (use wet) then  polish up with farecla ,itll shine like new .

If you do use some sort of a compound (especially on a machine) please be sure not to do it too much or you WILL remove the paint and it will look 10 times worse than it does now! Wetting it does make it easier to use but it is still very possible to strip the paint right back to the metal if you arent careful.

Trade use G3 and a buffer must be wet and important to then use a very good polish.A good motor factor will carry all
