The College requires the provision of building cleaning services at its campus site in Newport, Isle of Wight.
This service is to be provided in accordance with industry best practice standards and rendered by security
cleared, qualified, well trained,
skilled and experienced personnel to the highest quality standards.
The contract will commence on 18.4.2011 and run for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend by mutual
agreement for a further period of up to 2 years.
