Ill have to get him to take a pic. problem with whirlaway is the gun slides over the handle. so you cant just use any old gun.
Get a fab shop to alter the handle to form a shoe under the male spigot then you'll be able to use a standard trigger

Changing the topic slightly, again... I believe mosmatic now produce a unit which fits ono the whirlaway, replaces the whole 'hub / drive'  ;)

Yeah ive seen them on mosmatics website. Complete swivel/hub assemblys  that bolt through other fsc. Might be an option if the price is right.

Chris, might have to give that a try. Gonna have a look at the whirlaway today to see if I can rig something up to use a standard gun first though.

It takes 1 minute to fill each of our 1000L tanks.

Mike we do use the 21" Mozzy mainly now on the 30lpm. It's great, although the others we've got are good on it too but the 18" needs a little spot weld putting on the bar next to the nozzle and I need to put a seal kit in the 24".

This is the 18", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0Qqy6yd6go cuts nicely with 2 x 1504's

This is the 24" with rinse bar I made in regards to following John with his. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qqb_5WWslM Although it struggles a little cutting moss as you can see. 3 x 1503's.

Chris, maybe it's time to drop the take the machine off the van on every job image. I've never done that. Ours on the van is mounted side door and 50m hose. Less arsing about. What would you do on a brick cleaning job for a principle contractor? Van mounted reflects well on RAMS too. In our RAMS it states 'refuelling of machinery occurs on board of vehicle due to van mounted system'. Also 'Manual handling is kept to a minimum with pressure washing system as it is van mounted therefore does not need to be lifted on and off the vehicle'.

Most of my work is domestic or inaccessible places. An example http://cleaning-service.uk.com/lune-aquaduct-lancaster/ It is very important to me to be flexible and mobile. The machines we use are light weight (75kgs) and i have fold up wheel chair ramps in all of the vans.
With regards to refueling we use plant nappies  if required, again these are light weight and easily moved.
With regards to health and safety i appreciate there is a need for it ..i worked  on nuclear power plants for years . But sometimes it gets out of hand and whatever method you submit somebody would disagree  with.
As  an example:  Refueling in a confined space... a van . To me this is fraught with danger, storage of fuel next to a hot machine, danger from fumes, danger from slip hazards  ,escape in the event of a fire ..etc.
I am not saying it is the wrong way to do it ,it seems perfectly safe from your point of view hence that is why you use this method. I just used it as an example of how people perceive danger. One mans danger is another mans fun...I kitesurf, race enduro bikes and  smoke crack !!
Regarding example " What would you do on a brick cleaning job for a principle contractor "
This is what i would be thinking.
I am the professional...thats why they have hired me to do the job. Hence they should listen to me .This is what i require from them to make the job easy and this is how i propose to do it.  ;D

I've got a male spigot on the whirlaways mate instead of a trigger. Again John shown me this. We use the ST2600 triggers and just slot on and off.
