Hi Martin

How much is this service?

Is this a franchise of your current business so you can expand? Or is it purely the opportunity to help newbees start their way down this path?

What have you on offer for those of us already in the business?

Mind you, it sounds very good and something that i have briefly thought of in the past.....although that was as far as it went.

All the best on that

Kind Regards

Tim

Oh good

I wondered when someone was gonna ask all the other important questions about Martins new venture, I am very interested after all.

Although I have a hunch this may only be done by email (not sure why)!

"Newbees start their way down this path" How helpful, what a great idea, just as well you asked Timbob.  ;)

Hi there

jake,

we are offeriing far more than advice,

we are offering all of the information required, to arm a person, individual or company to start, martket, bid for, tender and win the business, provide the service, and how to do it.

there are many many homes being built across  the United Kingdom, and many people looking to get into the business.

i have already had positive interest from a number of cleaning companies looking at moving into this market sector

In addition to that we are offering face to face consultancy, and also site consultancy, either my client shadowing myself for on our sites, or indeed we will visit the clients own sites with them.

We will have an initial discussion with the prospective client, and then provide advice on what we can do for them, if they only need one or two days of face to face consultancy, then that is all they need.

If they are looking for the complete package, including their first tender submission, then we can provide the COMPLETE SERVICE.

regards

Martin,

Construction build cleaning already accounts for about 90% of our work, we've been in the industry for over five years and have eight sites live at the moment. Always interested in gaining new work so I'd welcome any ideas. My email is huw@seerclean.com

Cheers,
Huw.

In order to even be considered by the larger Building companies, your companies Health and safety will have to be taken very seriously, proof of this and certification will need to be submitted, usually to an independant vetting company. If all is good then you should get to quote :)

Its really not so difficult to get this type of work, the trick is to do a good job so they keep coming back  ;)

Hi there

Bernard

health and safety is only one piece of the complete jigsaw. Our operations are in full flow at the present time, on eight sites, to achieve all on the christmas handovers.

I was only on site this morning, meeting site and sales management, so that we are all aware of the cml, carpet, fam visit and legal dates..  So put it all together and it all runs smotthly.
