Medium sized residential round for sale (there are 3 shops also), worth approx £1300 per month although I've only been working it to approx £900 per month, will come with a long list of prospective customers.
Its a well established round, I bought it 6 months ago but have to sell due to personal reasons. I'm looking for in the region of £3500 for the round,(exactly what i paid for it) will provide details of last clean and due dates full addresses and tel numbers where i have them.
