Title: How we improved wagtail squeegee swivel movement using a PVC washer
Post by: H MAN on March 26, 2024, 07:41:08 am
So put this video up, to show that for me personally been using Wagtail.
Found that the swivel movement made it restrictive when using.
So what we have done by using a PVC concaved shaped washer under the Wagtail disc.
As seen in video below.
Using this type of set up, which creates  a 360 degree floating like motion when using in hand and on pole.

This video will show you how doing this, will stop your squeegee rubber sliding out.
As well as giving you a dog eared effect without having to bend your squeegee channels.

I bought a one pass Wagtail some time ago, it was the biggest load of crap I ever purchased. Plastic clips and channels that either moved or fell off.
Flipper wasn’t so bad, still have a couple of versions in the garage somewhere.
